Back and Seat Sponges
The backrest and seat units are manufactured from water-based polyurethane material with internal metal carcass in 55 Kg / m3 (ISO845) density, in accordance with international non-flammability (ISO3795) and permanent deferresion (ISO1856) standards.
Back and Seat Units
The back and seat units taken from the molds are completely covered with fabric. When the seat unit is out of use, it can be closed with an internal spring system.
Fabric
100% polyester fabrics with friction resistance and colorfastness properties of 1800-200 gr / m2, friction fastness over 30,000 cycles are used.
Mittens
Interior metal carcass, fabric-covered decorative wooden box is used for the rails. The Polished Wood armrest unit is integrated onto the fully fabric covered armrests.
Support Legs and Metal Body
The back and seat covers are built on specially shaped double steel profile carrier legs. Metal body welding processes are made by gas metal arc welding and continuous welding system is applied in the joints. All metal parts are painted with electrostatic powder paint of 80 micron ± 10 thickness.
