Back and Seat Sponges
Back unit with internal 12mm beech contra carcass, Seat unit with internal metal carcass, 55 Kg / m3 (ISO845) density
Complies with international non-flammability (ISO3795) and permanent deformation (ISO1856) standards

Back and Seat Units
The back and seat units taken from hearts are covered with a complete fabric. When the seat unit is out of use,
It can be closed with internal spring system.
Fabric
220-280 g / m2 weight with friction resistance, non-flammability and colorfastness properties,
Friction fastness is 50.000 cycles, 100% polyester fabrics are used.
Mittens
Interior metal carcass, fabric-covered decorative wooden box is used for the rails. Fully cloth covered
20mm thick polished wooden armrest unit is integrated on the armrests.
Support Legs and Metal Body
The back and seat covers are built on specially shaped double steel profile carrier legs.
Metal body welding processes are made by gas metal arc welding and continuous welding system is applied in the joints.
All metal parts are painted with electrostatic powder paint of 80 micron ± 10 thickness.
